Alba-RIG™ Hydraulic Test Kit- 700 Bar

Alba's Hydraulic Test Kit is designed to offer our clients a quick and easy method to leak test our Rapid Integrity test gaskets. Each kit comes with 700 bar hand pump, gauges (suitable for onshore and subsea use), 3 metre test hose, equipped with quick connects and a quick connect adapter. 

The Peli case and hydraulic hand pump can be used for pressure testing and jacking operations. Each unit consists of a hand pump with relief valve and oil reservoir mounted inside a protective Peli case. The hand pump outlet is connected to a pipework assembly which consists of 2x pressure gauge connections, an isolation ball valve, connection for additional test point and a quick connect coupling for connecting the test hose.
